Teaching Series Entrepreneurship and Digital Management (6 CP)

In the lecture series "Entrepreneurship and Digital Management", entrepreneurial strategies and courses of action are presented. Participants learn which different business models exist and how they are developed to economically leverage technology and patents. Furthermore, the steps of the start-up process are explained and financing options for founders are discussed. The course further provides students with knowledge about marketing options available to start-ups, the emergence of innovation capability in the company and the development of marketable technologies. Challenges that arise for start-ups with regard to leadership, organization and personnel management are presented within the course. Furthermore, participants will learn what needs to be considered in the growth of young companies and what challenges and opportunities arise from digitalization.

This course is held in German.
It is a face-to-face course. The examination will be done as a portfolio examination over the whole semester.
The kick-off will take place on 20.04.23 from 17h - 20h in room 42-115.
The kick-off event is a required event, so attendance is mandatory.
