📣𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗶𝘁: Dealing with regulation towards sustainability: Dynamic Capabilities for being governed
Companies must adapt to the new regulations introduced by the European Green Deal in order to become carbon neutral by 2050. These changes require companies to improve their dynamic capabilities to remain competitive in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment.
The aim of the master thesis is to qualitatively investigate what capabilities companies need to adapt to the regulatory changes of the European Green Deal and how they are currently responding to them.
