The lecture Intellectual Property deals with national, European and international aspects of intellectual property law. It deals with the differences to substantive property, the relationship between copyright and intellectual property rights, the common principles of intellectual property rights, the substantive requirements for protection, the areas of protection as well as the legal consequences in case of infringement. The lecture covers the basics of invention protection, trademark and copyright law.
