The lecture is dedicated to patent law as part of intellectual property. In particular, patent requirements, the concept of invention, software patents, patents related to biotechnology, the patent procedure, patent infringement, the evaluation of the utility of patents, patent functions and utility models are covered. In addition, we provide insights into European and international patent law (WTO, TRIPS).
