Students who received excellent academic grades in bachelor and master courses at the Chair of Management Accounting and Control Systems are invited to join the high potential pool. The prerequisite is that the academic performance was achieved in the best 5 % of a bachelor or master module. The High-Potential-Pool is an informal association of young academic talents and offers them the opportunity to exchange knowledge and expertise on current developments in research, teaching and practice with other academically committed young professionals and stakeholders of the Chair of Management  Accounting and Control Systems. The High-Potential-Pool is characterized by an alumni character, which focuses on a lifelong learning as a central concern and also provides an academic exchange platform beyond the period of study, which promotes the networking between science and business practice.
