Final presentations in the master course “Markets & Strategies” in cooperation with Insiders Technologies and with CEO Dr. h.c. Werner Weiss

The master class Markets & Strategies concluded with its final presentations in close cooperation with Insiders Technologies, hosted in the innovative setting of the company’s Ocean Lab. Students presented forward-looking concepts for digitally supported and AI-based HR assistants designed to autonomously support onboarding and employee integration. The projects were complemented by demonstrators, illustrating both the strategic potential and practical feasibility of such solutions.

A key highlight was the active participation of Dr. h.c. Werner Weiss, CEO of Insiders Technologies, who contributed valuable impulses and engaged in in-depth discussions with the students. Economic, organizational, and ethical implications of deploying AI in HR contexts were discussed vividly, fostering a critical and reflective exchange.
