Final Presentations at the Westpfalz-Klinikum Convention Center

As part of the “Innovation Management” master’s course, the students presented their final findings on a real-world problem posed by the Westpfalz-Klinikum Kaiserslautern.
🏥 Building on the insights into central bed management gained at the beginning of the semester, the students developed in-depth analyses, innovative solutions, and concrete recommendations for further optimizing bed planning and management.
🤝 The final presentations provided an opportunity to discuss the results with the industry partner and reflect on them from different perspectives.
