How does artificial intelligence change creative processes in organisations?

Our research assistant Angelina Horbach spent two days (12 - 13 May 2025) in Berlin at the 3๐˜ณ๐˜ฅ ๐˜›๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ด๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ฑ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ ๐˜–๐˜ณ๐˜จ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ช๐˜ป๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜Š๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ท๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜บ ๐˜—๐˜ข๐˜ฑ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ ๐˜‹๐˜ฆ๐˜ท๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต ๐˜ž๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฌ๐˜ด๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฑ. There, she presented the current status of her full paper, which deals with the impact of AI on creative practices in organisations. Exciting discussions, inspiring dialogue and many new perspectives on the interplay between ๐Š๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐šฬˆ๐ญ ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐Š๐ˆ - we are delighted that she was part of this interdisciplinary format!
