Successful disputation by Dr Moritz Brandauer

Moritz Brandauer successfully defended his dissertation entitled ‘Endogenous overcoming of path dependencies in organisations: Self-organised change of organisational structure within the ward of a hospital’ successfully on 02 July. During his time as a doctoral student at the department, Moritz worked at the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Kaiserslautern and was responsible for the areas of strategy and business model development. He repeatedly supported teaching with new impulses, such as the introduction of a chatbot for students in the department's bachelor's programme. As a ‘party animal’, he was also an integral part of the department's countless social activities. We wish him all the best in his new home in Munich, we will miss you Moritz!
