Research Stay: Julia Todea Studies Organizational Path Dependency at an International Logistics Company

Since mid-September, our research associate Julia Todea has been undertaking a three-month research stay at an internationally operating logistics company in Rotterdam. As part of her research, which will continue until mid-December, she is focusing on the topic of organizational path dependency, deepening her analysis of organizational practices through the application of practice theories.

The unique access to the management team enables her to conduct detailed data collection on strategy formulation and implementation. Her research aims to gain new insights into latent mechanisms and potential barriers in implementing initiatives, which could be significant for refining and optimizing decision-making processes within the company.
