Team Retreat
On 13 April, the PhD students presented their current research projects and engaged in in-depth discussions. As usual, the retreat was characterised by a highly productive, constructive and, at the same time, intensive atmosphere.
Particularly pleasing were the breadth of topics – ranging from creativity and innovation management to dynamic capabilities and risk management – as well as the diversity of empirical contexts, including traditional corporate structures, public-private partnerships, extreme sports and human-machine interaction in the context of AI. The evening then drew to a close in a relaxed atmosphere over ramen and anecdotes (not just about Japan).
