Every two years, the renowned WirtschaftsWoche ranking (issue 51 of December 13, 2020) publishes the academics with the strongest research in the field of business administration. This is done in three sub-rankings: The research performance of the last 5 years, the research performance of life's work takes into account all articles ever published, the research performance of young scientists under 40 years of age, which also takes into account all articles published up to that point.

Publications in selected, internationally established journals are decisive for all rankings. Journals with a higher reputation in the VHB Jourqual ranking are given more weight in the ranking.
Apl. Prof. Dr. Anja Danner-Schröder achieved 91st place in the current ranking (out of 3700 professors) for her research performance over the last 5 years, making her one of the top 100 business economists in the German-speaking world with the highest research output. It is particularly remarkable that there are only 4 female professors on this list. In the ranking of those under 40 years of age, apl. Prof. Dr. Anja Danner-Schröder is in 29th place, making her one of the top 30 researchers in this ranking.
Dr. Anja Danner-Schröder is Professor (apl. Prof.) of Management Studies at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. Her focus is on organizational and management research, particularly in the areas of organizational routines, agile management, grand challenges, crisis management, digitalization and artificial intelligence. She has extensive research experience and has worked on international projects.
