New Team Member Arlette Numutali

We are delighted that Arlette Numutali will be joining the department’s team on July 1, 2026. Arlette earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engeneering and Management at the Jakobs Universität Bremen and subsequently completed her master’s degree at the University of Turku in Finland. In her master’s thesis, titled “Factors influencing the development of radical innovation capabilities in small and medium enterprises,” she examined the factors influencing the development of radical innovation capabilities in small and medium-sized enterprises. With her international academic background and her interest in innovation topics, she will be a valuable addition to our department. We are very much looking forward to working with her and warmly welcome Arlette!
