Practical kick-off with Westpfalzklinikum GmbH as part of the ‘Innovation Management’ master’s course

The practical component of the English-taught Master’s course “Innovation Management” has begun at the Chair of Strategy, Innovation and Cooperation.

We are delighted to have Westpfalz-Klinikum GmbH as this year’s industry partner. The focus is on the highly relevant issue of bed management in hospitals – a field that directly links organisational efficiency, quality of care and patient-centred processes. Together with our industry partner, students are exploring how existing processes can be reimagined and improved through creative and innovative solutions. Direct interaction with the industry provides valuable insights into the real-world challenges of the healthcare sector and demonstrates how innovation management can contribute to the development of viable solutions.
