Professor Bauch receives Jackstädt Fellowship
The Chair of Accounting is pleased to announce that Professor Bauch has been granted a Jackstädt Fellowship.
The Dr. Werner Jackstädt Foundation is funding his research project "Artificial Intelligence in Performance Measurement, Evaluation, and Incentives: A Behavioral Perspective". On the one hand, Professor Bauch's project takes a behavioral perspective to shed light on factors that companies should consider if they want to successfully use artificial intelligence to measure performance, evaluate and incentivize their employees. On the other hand, he is also investigating how these processes are affected when employees themselves use artificial intelligence in their tasks.
