After completing her bachelor’s degree in business administration, Linh Nguyen moved to RPTU Kaiserslautern for her master’s program. A key factor was the close academic supervision at Prof. Steininger’s chair: In her research projects, she learned to design experiments rigorously, analyze results reliably, and work in a structured, scientific way. In her research seminars, she focused in part on the impact of customer reviews.

At the same time, she gained practical experience as a working student at SAP. The combination of intensive research mentoring and hands-on industry work ultimately led to her career start in an international SAP team.
