Closing presentation of 'Design Methods' with the Mayor and First Lady of the City of Denver
The 'Design Methods' course, in which Professor Müller-Seitz participated as a lecturer alongside Derek Friday and John Breznicky, came to a successful and worthy conclusion on December 10.
The students presented their results, with four groups being given two tasks by the First Lady of the City of Denver: One was to develop a campaign for more social engagement, the other a cultural development project for Little Saigon (a socially weak but ethnically and culturally particularly important neighborhood in Denver).
The First Lady attended the event with her team and the Mayor of the City of Denver was connected digitally. Overall, the results were very inspiring and will also be implemented to a large extent in the two campaigns, which the students were rightly very proud of.
Two other projects were also presented. One project aimed to make nitrogen-based pollution in Denver and Boulder artistically visible and more tangible for the population. The other project was an immersive art installation.
