🎓 Celebrating Research Excellence at AOM 2025 🎓

We're incredibly proud to share that Dr. Robin D. Schulz and Prof. Gordon Müller-Seitz (Lehrstuhl für Strategie, Innovation und Kooperation) presented their paper “Strategizing and Emotions: How Key Strategic Events Trigger Emotional Regulation” at this year’s Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting.

✨ The paper received special recognition:
🔹 Designated as a “Best Paper” by the Strategizing Activities and Practices (SAP) Division
🔹 Finalist for the SAP Pushing the Boundary Award by the Strategizing Activities and Practices (SAP) Division

Although the award ultimately went to another contribution, being nominated as a finalist is already an exceptional honor—and a testament to the strength and relevance of their research.
