Teaching in accounting

The field of accounting plays an important role in business administration, because as the "language of business" it enables transparent and comprehensible communication of processes in companies and thus enables stakeholders of companies - for example current and potential investors - to make good decisions. The basic learning objective, from which our teaching content is derived, is to provide students with the necessary skills to work with accounting information, that is, to understand it and to be able to apply it appropriately to make decisions.

We offer courses on Bachelor and Master level and soon also in the structured doctoral program of the department.
