Bachelor Seminar: Entrepreneurship & Digital Innovation Research
This seminar teaches students to critically discuss research articles on contemporary topics of entrepreneurship and digital innovation research. A pleasant side effect: Students will also get the chance to refine their writing, presentation and discussion skills in English.
Exemplary topics pertain to the antecedents, processes and outcomes of digital entrepreneurship (e.g., entrepreneurial intention, funding startups through ICOs) as well as to digital innovations (e.g., AI, ML) and their implications for individuals, organizations, and society.
By writing and presenting an individual seminar paper, in which students systematically report their approach and findings, they learn how to structure and analyze scientific problems. The methodological skills acquired in this seminar will later be crucial for writing a bachelor thesis at the chair.
Seminar places are allocated via the department's central allocation procedure and will start in the winter semester 2022 / 2023.
