Our doctoral students undergo high-quality theoretical and methodological training. In addition, they are each assigned an international co-supervisor at an early stage.
In order to provide them with the opportunity for continuous development of their academic projects and skills, we also offer a colloquium on a regular basis. All doctoral students present and discuss their research projects, the progress of these projects, difficulties encountered and possible solutions. Often, international academics also participate, especially the co-supervisors.
We also encourage graduate students, if they are interested in further working in research, to ask for an invitation to these colloquia.
