Gender equality issues
- Supporting the Department of Economics in job advertisements and recruitment decisions affecting professors (by raising awareness and suggesting measures to achieve gender equality; in particular, Section 43 (3) HochSchG Rheinland Pfalz must be observed)
- Suggesting further education and training events that contribute to achieving equality
- Suggestions and initiatives for changes to regulations and procedures that disadvantage female members of the faculty (at institutional and individual level)
- Development and coordination of proposals to improve the study situation of female students
- Contact person for the student day
- Contact person for bullying, stalking, sexual harassment and sexual or violent assaults (all affected students and employees of our department can contact us here), the central contact person for this area is Prof. Dr Tröger Weiß
- Support for female students in oral examinations
